We understand that there are fraudulent e-mails being sent out to customers asking them to visit a fake site and submit login details. The objective of these fraudulent emails is to get sensitive customer information like their user IDs, passwords, etc. by clicking on these e-mail links or by visiting the mentioned website.
- ICICI Bank does not seek such information in any form from the Money2India users. Hence please do not part with this information even if you are asked to do so.
- In case you have already given such sensitive information, please report all such instances immediately by contacting us. Please click here to view our contact details. Under these circumstances you may be requested to change passwords.
- If you receive an e-mail claiming to be from ICICI Bank regarding updating sensitive account information, let us know of the same immediately by forwarding the e-mail to firstname.lastname@example.org or by calling us.
